Shipping Policy

Order Processing All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Domestic Shipping (United States) Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–10 business days after fulfillment. Expedited options are available at checkout. Orders fulfilled via print-on-demand partners (apparel, towels, mugs, stickers, and decals) ship directly from our fulfillment partners and may arrive separately if you've ordered multiple items.

International Shipping

European Union & United Kingdom Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days after fulfillment. Orders ship via DHL eCommerce, DHL Express, or FedEx depending on destination and product type. Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not collected by DesignByStardust at checkout.

Canada, Australia & New Zealand Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days after fulfillment.

Rest of World Estimated delivery: 10–21 business days after fulfillment. Delivery times may vary based on local customs processing.

EU Consumer Rights — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal EU customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods without providing a reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Custom-made or personalized items are exempt from this right. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at stardust1studios@gmail.com.

Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at stardust1studios@gmail.com or call (781) 964-2269. We'll work with the carrier to locate your shipment or arrange a replacement.

Tracking Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. Note that print-on-demand items may show a delay between label creation and first carrier scan.
